I appreciated the clean, spacious room with a huge bathroom while being just a short walk from the historic Columbia Gorge Hotel for dinner and also having nearby parks perfect for my city strolls.

I loved the stunning views from my room and the beautiful garden surroundings. The room felt cozy, with wooden beams and a fireplace. Staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The balcony facing the river was a fantastic spot to unwind and enjoy a peaceful moment. The cleanliness of the room impressed me, and I appreciated the amenities like the fridge and coffee pot. However, the Wi-Fi connection left much to be desired. It was spotty and frustrating at times. Also, the parking arrangements were confusing, which led to some annoyance for both me and other guests. There's no restaurant on-site, so prepare to either bring your own food or head next door to a not-so-great restaurant. Overall, the location felt remote, and a car is necessary to reach town easily.

We loved our stay at Westcliff Lodge! The room was spacious and clean, featuring two comfy queen beds. The view of the Columbia River from our balcony was stunning, and the bathroom was a great size with fantastic amenities. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, which made our family feel welcome. Plus, the location was perfect, just a short drive to downtown Hood River.

While the non-river front properties seemed less appealing, we still found charm in the cozy ambiance and beautiful grounds, making our stay enjoyable.

Spacious room, beautiful view, with the bathroom featuring double shower heads including a waterfall model for a luxurious experience. combined with fast wi-fi and convenient free parking, it's an ideal spot that also allows easy access to local attractions just a few minutes away.

We loved the beautiful river view from our balcony and the serene tiered gardens that were perfect for a picnic. The BBQ area was a great spot to unwind. The flower gardens were a treat to explore. The only minor hiccup was that the small balcony could’ve used a tiny table for our drinks, but it didn't take away from the awesome experience! 🌸
